Influential Marketing (30 credits)
Using contemporary frameworks such as SOSTAC (Situation, Objectives, Strategy, Tactics, Action and Control), you’ll develop a strategic understanding of how to research markets, segment audiences, build brand presence, create content, manage social media and make data-informed decisions to deliver effective digital marketing campaigns.

How will you study
Contact hours
Students are required to undertake approximately 25 hours of learning per week, which may include completing online activities, watching videos, reading journal articles and books, preparing assessments, and attending face-to-face seminars.
All learning materials are available for students on the BPP Online Learning System for independent study. In addition to face-to-face seminars, each week, students on our face-to-face programmes will have the opportunity to contact their module leaders and/or Academic Skills Tutors for additional support during online drop-in sessions.
During the Reflect and Refine weeks, students are invited to attend revision sessions to review previous learning topics as part of their assessment preparation.
Learning materials
All required learning materials are provided online as part of the course fee. This reflects modern working practices and minimises our environmental impact. Print on-demand versions are available for students with specific learning needs.
Types of assessment
The programme includes a variety of innovative assessments which will enhance employability, and aims to enhance your skills in the digital business world. Most assessments would ensure you develop contemporary digital and employability skills.
BPP University offers flexibility in how these assessments are undertaken, and the programme will utilise online tools where available to deliver assessments. On occasion, some assessments may require attendance at a physical location.
