Mastering the skills to design, deliver and improve AI-enabled automation, this programme gives you full end-to-end capability across the automation lifecycle. From identifying high-value opportunities to deploying safe, compliant, and scalable solutions that align with operational strategy. You’ll explore generative AI, responsible and trustworthy AI, solution design, testing, performance measurement and how to drive workforce adoption. All building the confidence to create automation that enhances productivity, improves workflows, and empowers teams across your organisation.
