How will you study

Contact hours

You will typically have around five contact hours per week, depending on the module. You will need to undertake 15 hours of independent study per week on activities such as practical exercises, forum participation and formative assessment activities.

Learning materials

All required learning materials are provided online as part of the course fee. This reflects modern working practices and minimises our environmental impact. On-demand print versions are available for students with specific learning needs.

Types of assessment

The programme features a variety of assessments including coursework. Coursework is in the form of essays, reports or case studies, while group or individual presentations may be required to assess other competencies

Each module requires students to complete a range of formative tasks and a more substantial formative assessment, which students are encouraged to submit for feedback at the midway point. The formative assessment will enable students to complete a task or activity that is, effectively, a preparation for the summative assessment.

Full details on BPP University's feedback policy on examinations and assessment can be found in the University Policies and Procedures.
