The Leading AI-Enabled Change and Value unit helps leaders move beyond AI experimentation to deliver measurable, long-term business impact.

Designed for organisations navigating AI-enabled transformation, the programme focuses on prioritising the right opportunities, aligning stakeholders and leading change in ways that support sustainable adoption and measurable value.

Through expert-led sessions, peer learning and practical application, you’ll learn how to:

Identify the initiatives that will deliver the most value, based on strategy, feasibility and organisational constraints.

Sponsorship and Stakeholder Leadership
Lead effectively through influence, align stakeholders and bring people with you, including those who are sceptical.

Measuring Value and Learning:
Track outcomes, move beyond simple ROI and build continuous learning into how AI is delivered.
