The Governing and Risk-Managing AI in Organisations unit helps leaders to make informed, defensible decisions about AI adoption, oversight and organisational risk.

Designed for organisations navigating rapid AI change, the programme focuses on establishing practical governance approaches that balance innovation with accountability, regulation and operational reality.

Through expert-led sessions, peer learning and hands-on examples, you’ll learn how to:

  • Assess AI risk, assurance and ethical considerations

  • Define clear ownership and escalation pathways

  • Evaluate vendors and AI solutions critically

  • Apply proportionate governance without creating unnecessary bureaucracy

The unit combines strategic leadership insight with practical application, leaving you with immediately usable outputs including an AI Ethics Statement, Bias Risk Assessment, AI Risk Register and governance frameworks tailored to your organisation.
