Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician Offer - L4PLUS

If you commence a BPP Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician Apprenticeship on or after 1 January 2026 and successfully complete it, you will be entitled to free access to one of the following applicable Professional Qualification(“PQ”) courses, depending on your Apprenticeship standard:

  • Professional Accounting Technician (ICAEW): Free access to ICAEW Assurance, Risk and Reporting course.

  • Professional Accounting Technician (ACCA): Free access to ACCA Corporate Business Law course.

  • Professional Accounting Technician (CIMA): Free access to CIMA E1 Managing Finance in a Digital World course.

  • Professional Accounting Technician (AAT): Choice of one free course from the following: ICAEW Assurance, Risk and Reporting course, ACCA Corporate Business Law course or CIMA E1 Managing Finance in a Digital World course.

This offer provides free access to the applicable PQ course, which includes teaching and learning materials. Exam fees are not included. You can choose any available delivery method for the course.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and BPP’s general terms and conditions which apply in respect of all of BPP’s products and which are available at https://www.bpp.com/terms-and-conditions/classroom-online-terms (“General Terms and Conditions”), apply to this offer (“Offer”) and the specific Professional Qualification courses offered under this Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician Apprenticeship promotion (“PQ Course(s)”) provided in conjunction with the Offer. Please read these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions carefully before redeeming this Offer and print off a copy for your records. BPP will not file or otherwise keep a copy of the agreement concluded between you and BPP and a copy of the concluded agreement will not be available from BPP at a future time and date.

By redeeming the Offer and ordering a PQ Course as part of the Offer, you are confirming your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

In these Terms and Conditions, “BPP” means BPP Professional Education Limited (company number: 04546335) of BPP House, Aldine Place, 142 -144 Uxbridge Road, London W12 8AA.

Conditions of offer

1.     This Offer is only available to students (“Students” or “Apprentices”) who commence a BPP Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician Apprenticeship on or after 1 January 2026 and who successfully complete their apprenticeship.

2.     For ICAEW apprentices, 'successful completion' means passing the gateway assessment. For all other apprentices (ACCA, CIMA, AAT), it means the successful completion of the full apprenticeship programme.

3.     Successful completion must be validated by BPP. BPP reserves the right to require proof of completion from the Student.

4.     This Offer is only redeemable by the Student who successfully completed the BPP apprenticeship. It is the Student's responsibility to contact BPP to redeem this Offer.

5.     This Offer will not be available to any Student who withdraws from, is removed from, or otherwise fails to complete their apprenticeship programme for any reason.

6.     The Offer entitles the Student to free access to one PQ Course only.

7.     The Student can choose any available delivery method for their chosen PQ Course (e.g. online, face-to-face), subject to availability.

8.     The Offer includes teaching and course materials for the chosen PQ Course only. Any exam fees or other fees payable to a professional body are not included.

9.     This Offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Redeeming the Offer

10.     The Offer is available for Students who commence their BPP Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician apprenticeship between 1 January 2026 and 31 December 2027, provided they subsequently and successfully complete their apprenticeship. The Offer can be redeemed upon completion, even if this is after 31 December 2027.

11.     Subject to clause 19 of these Terms and Conditions, BPP reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time, but such withdrawal will not affect Students who have already had their eligibility for the Offer confirmed by BPP.

13.     Students must quote reference L4PLUS and may be required to provide proof of their apprenticeship completion.

14.     Subject to availability, Students may redeem the Offer for any available PQ Course delivery method on condition that their eligibility has been confirmed by BPP in writing before the Offer is closed.

15.     The Offer is non-transferable by the Student (either to another person or to another course run by BPP) and no cash alternative will be offered.

Amendments/cancellation

16.     BPP’s standard cancellation and deferral terms will apply to the PQ Course as set out in the General Terms and Conditions. As the PQ Course is provided at no cost under this Offer, no refunds will be due. Should a Student choose to defer the start date of their PQ Course in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions, the Offer will not apply to the rebooking of the deferred course and the full course fees will be payable.

17.     If BPP cancels a PQ Course, BPP will offer the Student an alternative course date or delivery method where available. If no suitable alternative is available, the Offer will become void and BPP's liability will be limited in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

18.     If, after redeeming the Offer, a Student cancels their booking for the relevant PQ Course, the Offer will be void and cannot be redeemed again.

19.     BPP reserves the right to withdraw this Offer at any time without notice. BPP may update or amend the Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions from time to time to comply with law or meet its changing business requirements without notice to you. Any updates or amendments will be posted on the Website. 

Data protection

20.     BPP will process the information it receives from you or otherwise holds about you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions, and its privacy policy, which is available at https://www.bpp.com/privacy.

Miscellaneous

21.     BPP is not liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation to Students that is caused by any circumstance beyond BPP’s reasonable control or by any act or omission of any third party. BPP shall not be liable to any Student for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any Offer or any failure or inability of a Student to redeem the Offer for any reason.

22.     These Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and BPP and Students irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts with regard to any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
